Equipment for electrode stacking(Bagging machine)　 Model：LP-ESL

• This is a stacking device for ceramic separators.
• The electrode supply method is by magazine or roll.
• The positive electrode is wrapped in a separator, and the negative and positive electrodes are stacked alternately.
• It can be applied to stacked products other than lithium-ion batteries.

Tab Welding Machine　　Model：LP-WD

• This equipment welds the tabs of the positive and negative electrodes to the electrode stack product using ultrasonic waves.
• We can support ultrasonic welding machines of major domestic and overseas manufacturers.
• Welding conditions can be set on the operation panel of the machine.
• The product setting jig determines the position of the electrode stack product and tabs, eliminating the need for troublesome positioning.

Pouch Forming Machine　　Model：LP-PA

• Unwrap the wrapping material from the roll material and cut it at a fixed pitch.
  The system then feeds the packaging material into the mold, forms pockets, processes pilot holes, trims, and then discharges the material into the magazine.

Three-way sealing machine 　Model：LP-SE

• This equipment heat-seals the packaging material in three directions except for the electrolyte inlet.
• Cooling is performed after heat sealing to improve seal strength.
• The sealing temperature, time, and pressure can be set and changed on the operation panel.
• High-precision sealing is possible by using a sealing jig.
• Control of sealing thickness : We will meet your request to the extent possible.
