Three management Policies

Health is the basis on which build the quality of life. At Hi-Mecha we have a medical clinic (the Kubota Medical Clinic) on site. It provides general medical treatment the local area, as well as regular health checks and medical treatment for our employees. In our company cafeteria, we provide a healthy and tasty menu for our customers and employees.
